God gives us a free will to make our own choices. There are consequence to good and bad choices. It's important to seek HIM before we make our choices so that our choice would be HIS choice. God is faithful, HE is always right there waiting for us to come back to HIM or to praise and glorify HIM.
Truer words have never been spoken. No matter what pit we are in, whether by choice or by force, God does not forskae us. Even though we have to be disciplined, he still loves us. But despite the discipline, God is always there, always and forever faithful. He never stops loving us, no matter how great our sin. And that should encourage us daily!
God remains faithful even when we are faithless.
Melissa, I needed this reminder tonight. Received news that my nephew has just left his wife. He has been walking away from the Lord and he is suffering the consequences of his choices. Praying the Lord will keep His hand on my nephew and bring him home.
Trusting,
Joy
To me, this quote really lines up with Romans 8:28 - That He causes all things to work together for our good. Even when we suffer the consequences of our bad choices, He can still us it for our good and His glory if we allow Him to.
Amen y'all! Joy, praying for your nephew and family!
So thankful that God is faithful always! No matter what!
